Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy
Children • Young Adults • Adults
Sometimes we just need someone to sit with us in the hard stuff—to ask the right questions, to hold the space, to remind us that we’re not too much or too late. In individual therapy, we’ll focus on what’s showing up for you right now—big emotions, tough transitions, burnout, or even that feeling of being stuck but not quite knowing why.
For kids and teens, therapy may look a little different: creative tools, movement, art, and play help make expression feel more natural. For adults, therapy often includes unlearning old patterns, finding your voice again, and making room for your full self to take up space.
Topics might include:
Emotional regulation
School or work challenges
Identity exploration
Life transitions
Anxiety or sensory overload
Learning how to rest
