Group Therapy
There’s something powerful about being in a space where you don’t have to explain everything—where others just get it. Group therapy can be that place.
Offered seasonally and by interest, my group offerings are built around connection, shared experience, and gentle growth. You don’t have to talk more than you want to—but you might be
surprised how healing it feels to be heard, to witness others, and to remember that you’re not the only one.
