You Don’t Have To Navigate Alone

Wayfinding Therapy Center is a place for people who think, feel, or experience the world differently—and for the families who love them. Therapy here isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about meeting you where you are, working together to understand what you need, and helping you feel more like yourself.

Your way. Your pace. Your Wayfinding.

Why Wayfinding?

Long before GPS or compasses, people navigated open waters using the stars, the wind, and their own intuition—trusting what they noticed and adjusting as needed. Wayfinding isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening to yourself, moving gently through uncertainty, and making progress even when the path isn’t clear.

You don’t have to explain or justify your pain to deserve support.

If you’re ready, I’m here.

Welcome Note from Kim Lackey Wilson

Hi, I’m Kim Lackey—a therapist, a neurodiversity advocate, and someone who knows what it’s like to take the long way home. My work is grounded in listening, honesty, and the belief that every brain and body deserves respect.

I’m here to help you make sense of your story, untangle what’s heavy, and find new ways forward. If you don’t know where to start, that’s okay. You’re already on your way.

Here’s a list of the areas I specialize in—though you don’t need a diagnosis or a perfectly  worded reason to reach out. If something feels off, or if you’re just tired of doing it all on your  own, that’s enough.
